Meet Mon
Experience improved balance and mobility, better digestion and rest, and clarity and calm in your thoughts.
I’m Monica. My friends call me Mon.
And I believe yoga should meet you where you are—both literally and metaphorically. That’s why I created my mobile yoga business: to bring yoga to people who may not feel comfortable or able to step into a traditional studio.
Maybe studio schedules don’t work for you. Maybe the environment feels intimidating. Or maybe mobility or accessibility challenges make it difficult to get there.
Whatever the reason, I want you to know that yoga is for you—no matter your body type, experience level, or flexibility.
My clients are often:
- busy, stressed-out parents juggling work, family, and everything in between, struggling to find time for themselves
- retired folks who want movement that feels good and supports their well-being
- tweens and teens, helping them build healthy lifelong habits through yoga
I’ve seen firsthand how yoga helps with anxiety and overwhelm, leaving people of all ages feeling grounded and at peace.

My approach to yoga is simple:
I help you create space, build strength, and find stillness in both your body and mind.
I’ve been practicing yoga for over 20 years—long before I became a wife, a mom of two, or a certified 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher. I first turned to yoga as a way to stretch and strengthen my body when I was struggling with my health. Over time, I discovered that yoga was just as powerful for my mental well-being as it was for my physical health. And the more consistently I practice, the better I feel in every aspect of life.
When I’m not on the mat, you can find me out on the golf course, paddleboarding, or curled up with a good book.
I’d love to help you bring yoga into your life in a way that works for you. Let’s find space, strength, and stillness—together.
